As an Account Executive , your responsibilities will include :

  • Prioritizing safety in all tasks.
  • Exemplifying professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Utilizing your training to be an empathetic problem solver, recommending tailored solutions for commercial clients.
  • Achieving sales goals through proactive prospecting and managing assigned leads.
  • Leveraging marketing resources for new business development.
  • Conducting comprehensive property inspections and providing informed recommendations.
  • Ensuring customer understanding of services, setting clear expectations for their pest management systems.
  • Using provided technology (iPad and sales software) to create agreements and stay organized.
  • Expected first-year earnings between $60,000 - $100,000 USD annually .

  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license is a must.
  • Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing / certification (company-paid).
  • Willingness to work independently in diverse environments interacting directly with customers in various settings.
  • Physical Demands / Working Conditions :

    Applicants should be prepared to safely handle physical demands of the job, including :

  • Safely using ladders as per manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing difficult-to-reach spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including as needed an OSHA-compliant respirator.
  • Being adaptable to varying weather conditions.
