We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the visual expression of our brand and deliver high-quality creative across campaigns, digital platforms and customer experiences. This role combines hands-on design with stewardship of brand identity, ensuring consistency, creativity and impact in every piece of content.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative designer with a strong portfolio, excellent technical skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing functions to bring campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Acrisure Payroll’s visual brand identity across all platforms.
• Design creative assets for digital campaigns, website, social media, email, video, events and print.
• Partner with copywriters and other teams within Marketing to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
• Develop templates, guidelines and design systems that scale across the organization.
• Translate complex payroll and HR topics into simple, impactful visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends, tools and best practices to ensure our creative remains fresh and competitive.
• Mentor junior designers or external contractors as needed.
