JJOS Business Process Owner / Practitioner Or Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned JJOS (Johnson & Johnson Operating System) Business Process Owner / Practitioner or Engineer to support the modernization and simplification of the legacy JJOS framework. This is a high-impact, short-term contract role focused on transforming legacy operational tools and content into a streamlined, modernized system aligned with J&J's current methodologies. Key responsibilities include :

• Legacy Content Modernization
• Re-engineer and consolidate ~180 legacy artifacts (primarily Excel and PowerPoint-based) into 10 simplified report-out decks.
• Translate complex operational tools into user-friendly, modern formats using Microsoft Office and other content platforms.
• Align legacy content with the refreshed JJOS methodology and performance management framework.
