The Risk Management & Compliance team is responsible for implementation of the Global Risk Management & Compliance Program at Arthrex. We are searching for an Intern to support one of the functions of an effective compliance program, compliance auditing. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to clearly and concisely articulate audit findings, and work within the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner. This internship will run from May 2026 – August 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility. Main Objective : To learn the compliance risks related to the medical device industry and support all aspects of the compliance program, primarily in monitoring and auditing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Assist in performing and reporting domestic and international audits and monitoring activities. Support drafting of policies and procedures. Assist in data analytics. Follow-up on action plans from previous audits. Education and Experience : Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or Data Analytics. A college junior or above preferred. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.) Experience conducting research preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements / Specialized Courses and / or Training : Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred. Proficiency in data visualization tools preferred. Be able to follow written and verbal direction. Machine, Tools, and / or Equipment Skills : PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner. Arthrex Benefits are :
