Remote Therapist – Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

About the Role

We’re seeking licensed mental health professionals in California to provide virtual counseling for adults and families. This role is ideal for therapists who value both flexibility and the opportunity to make a measurable difference through secure telehealth services.

Position Details

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Annual Salary : $115,000 – $120,000
  • Benefits package included

Duties

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Develop treatment strategies tailored to each client
  • Track progress and adjust methods to meet goals
  • Collaborate with remote teams to deliver coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    • Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong communication and virtual engagement skills
