As part of the Grounds Crew at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll collaborate with supervisors on every facet of golf course maintenance and landscape management, and experience the exhilarating transformation as the golf course springs to life.

What will you be doing?

• Operate various types of mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, roughs, and tees at the desired height and appearance
• Trim and edge around trees, shrubs, pathways, sand traps, and other features to maintain a clean and polished look
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed to maintain plant health and appearance
• Rake and level sand traps, ensuring they are free of debris and properly shaped
• Ensure all areas of the course are ready for golfers, including restocking ball washers and ensuring signage is accurate
• Remove leaves, branches, and other debris from the course to maintain a tidy appearance
• Ability to work outside in both extreme hot and cold weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned
