Job Description

Oversee all field operations from mobilization to closeout

Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily coordination

Ensure safety compliance and enforce company standards

Maintain project schedule and communicate progress to stakeholders

Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve issues proactively

Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to plans / specs

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction

Proven track record managing ground-up builds from start to finish

Strong leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety protocols, and subcontractor coordination

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Based in or willing to relocate to Dublin, GA
