We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee quality assurance initiatives within a dynamic environment in El Paso, TX. This long-term contract position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively lead projects, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery while meeting quality, financial, and schedule objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize project management tools to ensure projects achieve quality, financial, and timeline targets.
- Identify and secure necessary resources to complete the scope of work efficiently.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to develop organizational resource charts for project execution.
- Coordinate with teams including order management, production, logistics, contractors, and warranty groups to maintain smooth operations.
- Communicate and escalate potential conflicts promptly to prevent customer impact and project delays.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure alignment on project schedule, budget, and scope.
- Conduct periodic site visits to build relationships with contractors and customer personnel.
- Address and resolve project issues swiftly, ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates.
- Monitor and report project progress using tracking tools to maintain quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Host safety meetings and promote a culture of safety throughout all phases of the project.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in project management with a focus on quality assurance.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead effective meetings and presentations.
- Solid understanding of budget creation, financial tracking, and maintaining project margins.
- Experience working with logistics, production, and engineering teams.
- Ability to analyze and interpret charts, graphs, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a project environment.
- Familiarity with construction, electrical, and mechanical engineering concepts is a plus.
