- Patient Preparation : Greet and prepare patients for dental examinations and treatments.

Chairside Assistance :
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns (Experience making temporary crowns), and surgeries by handing instruments, operating suction devices, and managing patient comfort.Radiography :
Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the dentist.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and state regulations.Patient Education :
Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions, postoperative care guidelines, and answer any questions regarding their dental treatment and care.Clinical Duties :
Instrument Sterilization : Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment using autoclaves and other sterilization techniques.Treatment Room Preparation :
Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after patient appointments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready and sterile.Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any observations made during patient care.Impressions and Models :
Take dental impressions and pour, trim, and polish study casts Skills and Qualifications : Certifications : Must be a registered dental assistant Technical Skills : Proficient in dental assisting techniques, radiography, use of dental instruments, fabricating temporary crowns.
