Ethos Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in McKinney, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

Number of Beds : 31 plus 6 hallway when needed

Patient Ratios : 4 : 1

Unit staffing description : very high volume / high acuity trauma center

Documentation system : Meditech / EDM

Scheduling requirements : 3 twelve hr shifts / week

Floating policy : As needed

Must have :

RN with critical care, trauma, burn and pediatric experience a plus TNCC

ENPC

PALS

ACLS

BLS

2+ Years of Hospital Experience

NIH REQUIRED

Preferred Skills / Advanced Skills Needed : Experience with the following :

High Volume, High Acuity

Strokes

Burns

Trauma

Meditech experience preferred

Specialty / Unit Certifications Required : (RN)

Active TX RN License Or compact license - temp license will NOT be accepted

Procedures performed on unit :

Traumas

Conscious sedation

tPA for strokes

Patient Experience Required :

Must have great patient interaction
