Compensation : $75,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities

Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and support month-end close activities

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and auditors

Oversee cost accounting functions related to manufacturing and inventory

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls

Support process improvements and system enhancements to improve reporting efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, and finance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
