Position Title : Cost Analyst Location : Hanover, MD Clearance Required : Top Secret / SCI Position Overview : Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army's readiness and modernization goals. The Cost Analyst (Journeyman) supports cost estimation and financial modeling to inform program planning, acquisition decisions, and lifecycle cost management. This role collaborates with program, budget, and acquisition personnel to develop cost products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop cost estimates and perform cost-benefit analysis for program alternatives.
• Support lifecycle cost estimating and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) modeling.
• Assist with cost input to acquisition documents such as AoAs, BCAs, and IGCEs.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and document cost assumptions.
• Participate in cost reviews and independent cost assessments.
• Support integration of cost data with budget and acquisition planning.
