Job Description
In this role, you'll collaborate directly with clients to evaluate fire alarm control panels and ensure safety standards are met. You'll take ownership of projects-defining scope, planning investigations, and overseeing testing, both in the lab and on-site.
If you thrive on communication, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish, we'd love to have you join our team! This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week at our customer site in St. Charles, IL.
Responsibilities
What sets this role apart? You'll be the face of UL, guiding clients through technical requirements, explaining procedures, and resolving challenges. You'll propose new test methods, contribute to industry standards, and have opportunities to represent UL at industry events. Plus, you'll integrate continuous improvement practices into your daily work and drive innovation in safety.
