Reports to : Project Manager

• Capable of leading, training, inspiring, and motivating the staff.
• Proactive self-starter capable of setting a positive example for the staff.
• Provides technical and management support to the Department Manager / Regional Manager / Project Manager.
• Has full technical and administrative responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating projects / assignments.
• Manages a major complex project and / or several routines / fewer complex projects.
