    Key responsibilities include :

  • Responding promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage
  • Evaluating and performing restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition
  • Loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project
  • Communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors
  • Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process
  • Performing restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site clean-up

    • Position requirements include :

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred
  • IICRC certification is a plus
  • Ability to pass background check

    • Skills / physical demands / competencies include :

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects
  • Ability to work with / around cleaning agents

    Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
