Project Management Coordination & Support
Support Existing Facilities ProgramsMachine Health Monitoring ProgramVibration Monitoring to measure asset healthReview reports, coordinate repairs & generate metricsSeek areas for improvements / efficienciesElectrical Reliability ProgramSchedule various project meetings with multiple stakeholders to execute deliverables against a pre-existing scheduleSet agenda’s, disseminate Meeting Notes & ActionsFollow up on open action itemsDeliver Operational and Small Capital ProjectsRepairs to existing assets / equipmentOptimizations / Improvement InitiativesData ManagementDocument Lessons LearnedPopulate / Provide inputs for Facilities Operations Dashboard / MetricsWorkplace SafetyPlan and execute all projects with a safety 1st approachSafety is everyone’s responsibilityParticipate in regular 1 : 1 meetingEnsure alignment with prioritiesDiscuss opportunities for improvementWhile a general framework for executing projects exists, the ideal candidate will review existing processes and suggest improvements to maximize efficiencyRequirements
3+ years of relevant project management experience orBA or BS degree in a technical disciplineExperience in Project Management roles and Bio / PharmaDefining scope / requirements, scheduling, milestones, reporting, lessons learnedEngineering / Facilities / Maintenance experience is a plusAbility to provide consistent levels of performance against various deliverables in a fast-moving environment with constantly changing prioritiesStrong organizational skills to receive, store, and deliver accurate project informationWillingness to learn new systems, process information and take a proactive approach to their role within the groupProven ability to work independently & professionally with a “Can do” attitudeExcellent communication skillsWritten – Concise reports, business cases, meeting minutes, methods of procedure, project schedulesVerbal – Conducting / leading project meetings, coordinating job walks with SME’s and end usersEffectively communicates across all groups and between hierarchy both within the department and across the organization.Proficiency with MS Office Suite – especially ExcelVisio & MS Project a plusAbility to read and understand electrical, mechanical & architectural drawingsExperience in Fire Life Safety Systems a plus
