Shifts Needed : 15 shifts / month

Shifts may be grouped together or PRN sporadic

Call : Yes - 24-hour pager call (OB and General) Practice Setting

Facility Type : Hospital-only (inpatient)

Services Covered : OB

General Surgery

Limited Orthopedics

Limited Urology

Plastic Surgery

GI

Telehealth : Not required

Imaging / Lab : Not required

Daily Volume : Approx. 60 cases per week (daily range 6-20)

EMR : Cerner Responsibilities

Deliver anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures listed above

Must be comfortable managing OB cases, general anesthesia, and the full range of surgical services offered Requirements

Board Certification : Required (will consider new graduates)

License :

Active Illinois license OR

IMLC eligible with Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required at name clear

Experience : Required - must be confident and independently capable in required procedures
