Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Pay : $65,000 – $80,000 annually (Based on experience)

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Job Type : Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition customer returns daily
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality issues
• Prepare monthly PPM reports
• Perform monthly audits (MQC, IS, FMEA)
• Represent the company in customer quality meetings
• Support production with quality processes and inspections
• Analyze warranty parts
• Develop inspection standards and resolve service part quality issues
• Lead daily Kaizen reporting
• Conduct Daily Strike Team meetings and follow-up
• Support QC and Lab Technicians
• Lead Scrap Reduction Team
• Generate continuous improvement ideas
• Lead audits in line with IATF standards
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Quality Manager
