Our firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our Immigration Practice, with a primary focus on asylum cases and removal defense. This role centers on preparing clients for trial, developing case strategy, drafting briefs, and managing a diverse caseload of individuals seeking protection in the United States. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, compassionate, and comfortable working directly with clients navigating high-stakes situations.

Job Details

• J.D. and active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction (Washington State preferred or willingness to waive in).
• 1+ years of immigration experience, ideally with exposure to asylum or humanitarian-based cases.
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with emotionally sensitive subject matter.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Trial preparation or courtroom experience a plus (but not required).
• Fluency in Punjabi or Hindi or Spanish is highly desired but not required
