Remote Bilingual Tax CPA
Salary : $120,000.00
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM ET
We’re looking for a Bilingual Tax CPA to lead our U.S. tax operations and collaborate closely with our Puerto Rico tax and accounting teams. This is a strategic, year-round leadership role for a proactive CPA who thrives in a collaborative, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role
- Lead with Impact : Manage and mentor a team of 4+ U.S.-based tax professionals, ensuring high-quality preparation, compliance, and strategic tax planning.
- Collaborate Across Regions : Partner daily with our Puerto Rico tax and accounting teams to ensure seamless coordination, data accuracy, and consistent client service.
- Drive Client Success : Serve as a trusted tax advisor, clearly communicating strategies and proactively addressing client needs.
- Oversee Strategic Tax Operations : Manage all aspects of U.S. tax compliance and planning, with awareness of Puerto Rico tax implications for cross-jurisdictional clients.
- Support Sales Alignment : Work with the Sales Team to structure service contracts and develop tax-saving strategies tailored to each client.
- Lead Performance & Reporting : Monitor team KPIs, prepare performance reports, and conduct quarterly reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner for Client Support : Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to resolve client inquiries and tax notices efficiently.
- Innovate & Plan : Work directly with the CEO to develop forward-thinking tax strategies that reduce liabilities and improve outcomes.
Requirements
Active CPA license (required)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of tax preparation and leadership experience in a U.S.-based public accounting firmFluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbalStrong understanding of U.S. tax codes; familiarity with Puerto Rico tax regulations is a plusProven ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and communicate with clarity and confidenceProficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits

Requirements
What We’re Looking For Proven ability to close deals between $30k–$100k. Experience or understanding of the Tax, Accounting, or Finance industries (preferred). Excellent communication and consultative selling skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working fully remote. Based in the US or Puerto Rico, working within Eastern or AST time zones.
