Shift : 1st, 2nd

All shifts are working overtime up to 4 additional hours as well as occasional / mandatory weekends

Production Technician Summary :

This role involves operating production equipment, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting issues in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.

Production Technician Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshooting
  • Reading the HMI
  • Using Computer Programs
  • Operate production equipment and tools.
  • Assemble products and perform validation testing.
  • Meet production targets and report defects / incidents.
  • Maintain quality standards on all tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.
  • Follow manufacturing manuals and company guidelines.

    • Production Technician Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • One year or more of recent computer programming, machinery troubleshooting, automotive manufacturing experience, SAP / MES knowledge, automated production line experience.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Good communication (written / verbal) and teamwork skills required
  • Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary
  • Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
  • Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements
