Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist

As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a busy logistics and distribution location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide excellent customer service while responding to inquiries and assisting with access control. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities found during patrols or while on post.
  • Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift according to Allied Universal procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Possession of a current security guard card or applicable license is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
