JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competitive outside sales representative to develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients for our luxury staging and furniture rental businesses. The successful salesperson is very comfortable finding, talking and negotiating with real estate developers, real estate brokers, and property owners to articulate our business propositions, present our best recommendations to meet their needs, negotiate a contract and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by opening new sources of business contacts that are unaware of our services and / or have not used us in the past. Additionally, this position contributes to our quality customer service that helps the sales team obtain and retain clients by meeting their specific needs.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university, or related experience
