Job description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Monitor to help them provide exceptional inspection and construction monitoring services to their Waco, TX clients.

Your Day Includes :

Observing construction activities and verifying compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Identifying defects and creating detailed daily reports of construction activities.
Collaborating with a team to provide insights and ensure project success.
Taking responsibility for projects and following through to completion.
Traveling to construction sites and working with clients to provide outstanding service.

Must Haves :

1–3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience.

QA observation experience in exterior walls or roofing for at least two cumulative years.

Technical expertise in exterior wall or roofing systems (e.g., waterproofing, siding, stucco, roofing materials).
