Licensing and Tax Compliance Specialist
Player One Amusement Group , has an immediate full-time opening for the position of Licensing and Tax Compliance Specialist for our Corporate office located in Fort Worth, TX 76117 .
The hiring range for this role starts at $58K annually, depending on experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Prepare and file applications, renewals, and other documentation related to business licenses across various states and local jurisdictions in the U.S.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely submission and approval of licenses.
- Monitor expiration dates and regulatory changes to maintain continuous compliance.
- Prepare, file, and submit payments for personal property taxes in all applicable locations across the U.S.
- Ensure accurate reporting and timely remittance to avoid penalties and maintain compliance.
- Maintain records and documentation for audits and internal review.
- Handle the preparation and submission of amusement license applications and renewals across all operating jurisdictions.
- Ensure all amusement licensing obligations are met in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Work closely with operations and legal teams to manage new licensing requirements or changes.
- Liaise with accounting, route, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and complete information is used for all filings.
- Maintain a detailed and organized filing system for all licensing and tax-related documents.
- Stay informed of legislative changes that may affect licensing and tax compliance responsibilities.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred2+ years of experience in licensing, tax compliance, or a related administrative role preferredFamiliarity with U.S. state and local tax and licensing requirementsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with tax or licensing software is a plusWhat you need to become a successful member of this team :
