Position :  Facilities Coordinator

Compensation :  $20 - $25  / hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Assist Office / Facilities Manager in daily operations
• Manage vendor relationships and expectations
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with service providers
• Monitor and maintain office equipment and facilities
• Perform light physical tasks as needed
• Oversee cleanliness and order in common areas
• Restock and manage office supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks
