Engagement Lead for Microsoft 365

A company is looking for an Engagement Lead for Microsoft 365, responsible for overseeing client relationships and delivering cybersecurity consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee technical delivery teams and ensure alignment with client objectives

Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and manage escalations

Lead the design and implementation of security strategies and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience, with at least 6+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture and security

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations

Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and security compliance capabilities

Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools

Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert or Security Administrator Associate
