We are looking for a Therapist or Mental Health Worker to manage a caseload of about 6 clients , facilitate engaging groups, and be an essential part of our residential team. You'll enjoy the perfect balance of meaningful work and flexibility , all while helping clients on their journey toward healing and success.

Your Role Includes :

✅ Diagnosing mental health and substance-related conditions in a Residential setting.

✅ Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.

✅ Developing strong, healthy rapport with clients.

✅ Engaging in activities that support clients' healing journey.

✅ Collaborating with team members for clinical support.

✅ Connecting clients to community resources.

✅ Managing documentation and treatment plans.

Who We Are Looking For :

A Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.

Licensed as a LCSW, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in addiction medicine or a clinical setting.

Strong communication skills and the ability to create a safe, healing environment for clients.

Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Culturally competent and ready to work with diverse populations.
