About us

ReNew is a family owned business in that operates in the Southeast. We focus on helping homeowners and businesses in their time of need after a fire, flood, mold, or any loss they may experience. We provide restoration services for textiles, clothing, drapes, rugs, leathers, electronics, and appliances. We are the largest independent restoration cleaner in the United States, and take pride in our employees and proven restoration processes.

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Account Manager who is ready to grow South Carolina territory through expert communication, great customer service, and having a can-do attitude. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our services, be a self starter, organized, and able to effectively communicate why our services provide relief to insurance companies and their homeowners.

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
• Establish new accounts with restoration contractors and insurance adjusters.
• Regularly communicate with existing clients on claim updates.
• Keep work priorities organized and on schedule.
• Research new opportunities and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Meet sales goals through deepening relationships with existing customers and cultivating a positive experience with new accounts.
• Assist in collections in your territory.
