Join a leading behavioral health provider offering residential, outpatient, and virtual treatment for addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders with evidence-based methods and advanced services like neurofeedback.

We seek compassionate, innovative therapists passionate about making an impact and advancing within a supportive environment that promotes internal growth.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, developing care plans, coordinating discharge, and participating in multidisciplinary teams. Some specialized therapies (e.g., EMDR, art, equine) may be provided.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field, state licensure, CPR / First Aid, CPI certification, and relevant experience, preferably in trauma, chemical dependency, or specialized therapies. On-call coverage and a valid driver’s license are required.
