Commercial Construction Business Consultant

Are you a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the commercial construction market? EFC International is looking for a Commercial Construction Business Consultant to join our Outside Sales team, reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Construction.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth, building strong end-user relationships, and expanding our market share in the Atlanta metropolitan area. This is an opportunity to make a big impact by combining your expertise in sales with your knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC / plumbing, and structural steel fabrication contractors.

What You'll Do :

• Achieve and exceed revenue objectives in the Commercial Construction channel
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key end users and local suppliers
• Identify opportunities through account planning and market analysis
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues quickly
• Track sales activities in Proton AI (CRM) and report on progress
• Collaborate across teams to align on sales, marketing, and inventory needs
