Physician - Urgent Care

Job Overview

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs.

Practice Details:

• Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers.

• Our Maplewood location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites.

• Patient encounters average 20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.

• Flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0 - Flexible schedule, weekend coverage is most needed. For a 0.8 FTE, total annual required weekend hours would equal 416 (with 811 total weekday hours). Annual requirement of 1227 hours total.

• No Call required.

• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

• River Falls

· North Branch

· Woodbury

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.

• BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.

• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.

Compensation Disclaimer

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
