$100,000 – $150,000 annually | Full-time | Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced NICU RN Manager to lead our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 20+ bed department staffed by a dedicated team of nurses and supported by outstanding neonatologists.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and respected hospital system in the Atlanta metro area. The NICU is a highly regarded unit with excellent outcomes, cohesive teamwork, and a culture of professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and direction for daily operations of the NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, staff nurses, and hospital leadership to ensure exceptional patient care
• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive, collaborative environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of care
