Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and compliance.
• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of annual external financial audits; manage relationships with auditors and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and continuously improve accounting systems, internal controls, and processes to support scale and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, and Operations teams to streamline financial workflows and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish financial policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.
