Job descriptionManage daily kitchen operations Producing weekly culinary features Train, mentor, and supervise the kitchen team Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and maintain profitability. Collaborate with the entire management team and the hourly team Utilize the Restaurant 365 system for order management and tracking sales data. Foster a positive team environment Proven experience and track record as a kitchen manager, chef, or assistant kitchen manager. Strong knowledge of food cost and overall P&L. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest experiences. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food management.
