Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in the emerging field of AI video technology.
• User Acquisition & Growth : Supercharge the top of the funnel by driving high-value signups through a mix of organic and paid channels. This includes SEO, content marketing, paid social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok), sponsored content, and affiliate programs.
• Brand & Positioning : Create demand for a new category (AI video for business), own brand positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor marketing teams (including social media, content, and field marketing) to achieve strategic goals and foster a data-driven culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, Sales, Creative, and Data Science teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, identify high-LTV customer segments, and drive international growth.
• Performance Analysis & Budgeting : Manage marketing budgets, optimize spend for maximum ROI, and use data analytics (e.g., Salesforce, Looker) to measure performance and iterate on strategies.

Salary Range $250,000 - $300,000 + Equity + Rewards + Benefits
