Description
Prime Dental is looking for a reliable and experienced Lead RDA to join our high-performing team. We're a patient-focused practice that values teamwork, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional dental experience. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do :
- Lead and support a team of dental assistants to ensure clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Maintain a smooth daily workflow and proactively anticipate provider needs
- Assist in surgical and general procedures, including implant cases
- Oversee sterilization protocols and equipment maintenance
- Train and onboard new assistants
- Support the doctor chairside with a positive, proactive attitude
