As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication to tenants and visitors. Pay Rate : $15.25 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 PM

Sat 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior or conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, observing for unusual activity and maintaining a visible presence to support a secure environment.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
  • Work closely with property management and Allied Universal team members to address client needs and maintain a professional atmosphere at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
