Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.\n\nHow you'll contribute : \n\nAn RN - Registered Nurse - PRN who excels in this role : \n\nPerforms initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.\n\nEstablishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.\n\nPerforms plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.\n\nDocuments patient care given.\n\nMonitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.\n\nAssists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.\n\nCollaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual / psychosocial support needs.\n\nEvaluates learning needs of patient and / or family and provides patient / family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.\n\nWorks as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.\n\nWhy join us\n\nWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
