Enhancement (Softscape) Crew Leader

Position Overview
LaRosa Landscape is seeking an experienced and motivated Enhancement Crew Leader to oversee our softscape installation. This full-time position requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of plant materials and installation techniques, and the ability to manage crew members while ensuring high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise an enhancement crew in the installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal plantings
- Plan and execute softscape projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications
- Train and mentor crew members on proper planting techniques, plant care, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with your supervisor to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot installation issues
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper tool usage and safety compliance
- Manage daily schedules and work assignments
- Communicate project progress and any concerns to management
- Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
