Job Description :

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of the warehouse. The Maintenance Technician will possess knowledge of building skills including plumbing, drywall installation, painting, low and high voltage electrical, basic welding and general building repair. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Pay Range : $25.00-$25.00 per hour

Shift :

Second Shift - Monday to Friday, 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and racking in the warehouse
• Fabrication or assembly or furniture or equipment
• Consults with the Maintenance Supervisor on work that may require outside assistance
• Move and relocate office furniture, make adjustments to desk, chairs or cabinets
• Repairs light fixtures, installation and repair of electrical devices
• Receive and respond to work orders of mechanical or maintenance issues
• Works with tools and other supplies necessary to complete tasks
• Follow corporate safety procedures at all times and complies with OSHA requirements and wear proper PPE at all times
• Understand and follow instructions provided orally or in writing
• Inspect and evaluate all mechanical aspects of the building
• Operate a variety of hand and power equipment in a safe and effective manner
