WXII 12 and The Triad CW, the Hearst owned NBC and CW network affiliates serving the North Carolina Triad, has an opening for a Business & Human Resources Manager. This opportunity is designed for someone looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced environment among an inclusive employee population. If you like analytics, but like engaging with your colleagues, this is a great opportunity. This position is a unique blend of finance / accounting and human resources activities. You will also work collaboratively with a regional finance team around monthly financial closings and the annual budget process, while you will engage with the corporate HR team around human capital management. A numbers person that likes one-on-one relationship building would thrive in our in-office environment located in one of the most beautiful regions of the Tarheel state.

What You'll Do :

• General Business Functions

Interpretation and communication of financial results

Bi-weekly and weekly payroll review / processing / reconciliation through ADP

Employee relations

Invoice processing and approval

Fleet Management
