Registered Nurse (RN) CNA Instructor
This position is for a current Registered Nurse (RN) who has previous experience working specifically in fertility and IVF. This position has a set Monday-Friday schedule and weekly pay. Position begins end of July!

Job Duties :
Develop, implement, and evaluate the CNA training curriculum in accordance with state-approved guidelines and facility policies.Provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to CNA students in a long-term care setting.Supervise and assess student performance, ensuring competency in nursing assistant skills and patient care standards.Maintain accurate and timely records of student attendance, grades, and progress.Foster a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment.Coordinate clinical site schedules and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and resident rights standards.Provide direct supervision of students during resident care activities, modeling best practices in communication and caregiving.Ensure compliance with all state regulatory and accreditation requirements for CNA training programs.Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Staff Development team to identify and address training needs within the facility.Participate in continuing education to maintain clinical and instructional competence.Assist with orientation and ongoing education of nursing staff as needed.Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.A few must-haves for RNs :
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active RN license in Michigan3 years experience as an RN (at least 1 of those years in Long Term Care)CPR certificationPreferred Instructor certification or Train-the-Trainer qualification in MIKnowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulationsDemonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate#staffing
