As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for customers and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with visitors and team members. Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Fri 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sun 12 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards within the retail environment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific procedures.

Support the enforcement of site policies and procedures to help maintain order within the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
