Our campus includes specialized recovery cottages, a life skills center, administrative and support buildings, and a dedicated team focused on helping at-risk children, adults, and families achieve stability and hope.Position Overview :Seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead an adult residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program while also serving as an outpatient SUD clinician. This position includes supervising clinicians and case managers, maintaining a caseload, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy, including Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services.Key Responsibilities :Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians and case managers in SUD service delivery.Maintain and manage a caseload of clients, providing evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.Develop, implement, and oversee the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to meet client needs effectively.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation and licensing standards for SUD services.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.Conduct regular clinical supervision and case reviews, providing feedback and support to team members.Monitor and document client progress, outcomes, and treatment adjustments per agency protocols.Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to foster teamwork and continuous learning.Address and resolve client concerns and case management issues in a timely and professional manner.Stay current with best practices in SUD treatment and integrate new strategies as appropriate.Qualifications :Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required).Independent licensure (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) in Kentucky required.Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder treatment services.Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred.Strong understanding of SUD treatment modalities, regulations, and compliance standards.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.Benefits :Competitive salary : $70,000Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement planProfessional development opportunitiesHousing provided
