  • Clinical Supervisor – Adult SUD Residential Services & Outpatient SUD Clinician
  • Location : Buckhorn, KY | Salary : $70,000 | Housing Provided

  • Position Overview :
  • Seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead an adult residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program while also serving as an outpatient SUD clinician. This position includes supervising clinicians and case managers, maintaining a caseload, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy, including Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians and case managers in SUD service delivery.
  • Maintain and manage a caseload of clients, providing evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to meet client needs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation and licensing standards for SUD services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct regular clinical supervision and case reviews, providing feedback and support to team members.
  • Monitor and document client progress, outcomes, and treatment adjustments per agency protocols.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to foster teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Address and resolve client concerns and case management issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current with best practices in SUD treatment and integrate new strategies as appropriate.
  • Qualifications :
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required).
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) in Kentucky required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder treatment services.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SUD treatment modalities, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
