Position Summary

A valued contributor to our respectful and rewarding work culture, the Security Supervisor oversees an assigned team of security guards and performs regular onsite security checks to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices. In mentoring and supporting the security guard team in all efforts, the Security Supervisor works to swiftly and professionally resolve potential threats within assigned areas to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.

In alignment with fellow security staff and Operations' teams, the Security Supervisor fosters best practices that are compliant with federal / state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols, committing to the integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an excellent client experience.
