As our Director of Performance Marketing , you’ll take ownership of our digital marketing engine—managing budgets, driving high-impact campaigns, and optimizing performance across platforms to generate leads, acquire customers, and grow revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the charge on PPC strategy and execution across Google, social, and display platforms to ensure we’re maximizing efficiency and ROI.

Craft and launch digital campaigns that inspire action, build trust, and convert audiences into loyal customers.

  • Analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into action— continuously improving campaign performance .
  • Oversee all paid search, social advertising, display, and other performance channels .
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.

    • What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing and lead generation experience, ideally in roofing, home services, or a related industry .
  • Deep expertise in paid media strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization .
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate metrics into meaningful marketing strategies.
