Job descriptionRecruiting & Onboarding : Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for all salaried and hourly roles Benefits Administration : Oversee health insurance programs, 401(k) enrollment and management, and make recommendations for plan improvements HR Process Management : Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and training documentation Performance Management : Coordinate annual performance reviews and merit-based payroll adjustments Compliance & Reporting : Manage workers' compensation (Ohio BWC / OSHA), unemployment, and COBRA administration Safety & SOPs : Develop and maintain safety policies and standard operating procedures Proven experience in recruiting Solid HR generalist background Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with ERP systems Ability to work independently in a solo HR role Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
