SUMMARY :

The Dishwasher’s primary responsibility is to maintain a clean and organized dish area, ensuring that all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This role supports the kitchen team by keeping the workspace orderly and efficient, contributing to the smooth operation of the French fine dining restaurant.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.
• Ensure that all items are cleaned according to health and safety standards.
• Properly sort and store clean dishes and utensils.
• Assist in the removal of trash and recycling as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Help with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
