Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, including inspections, calibrations, safety checks, and component replacements. You will troubleshoot and repair machinery such as motors, conveyor systems, folder gluers, presses, banders, bundlers , and printing equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, relocating, and modifying machinery and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems that use fluid or air pressure.
• Diagnose and replace worn mechanical components, bearings, and drive systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, including belts, rollers, and motors.
• Perform scheduled inspections and servicing to prevent breakdowns.
• Install and maintain variable frequency drives and motor control systems.
• Diagnose issues with sensors and switches, including proximity sensors, limit switches, and photo eyes.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00 / hr.
